SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through the BrightPup brand.

BrightPup is a trade name operated by AR7 LLC, a Maryland limited liability company (“AR7 LLC,” “BrightPup,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). All orders are fulfilled and shipped by AR7 LLC.

By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy and our Terms of Service.


1. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are subject to a processing period of up to three (3) business days prior to shipment.

Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Processing times are estimates and not guarantees.


2. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

After processing, standard delivery typically requires 7–15 business days.

All delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • carrier delays

  • peak-volume periods

  • customs processing

  • weather

  • supply chain disruptions

  • or other circumstances beyond our control

We do not guarantee delivery by any specific date unless expressly stated in writing.


3. RISK OF LOSS & TITLE TRANSFER

Risk of loss and title for all products transfer to you when the shipment is delivered to the carrier.

Once the carrier accepts the package, AR7 LLC is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring in transit.

Issues occurring after carrier acceptance must be resolved directly with the carrier where applicable.


4. OPERATIONAL DISCRETION

We reserve the right to determine, modify, or substitute shipping methods, carriers, or fulfillment procedures at our sole discretion.

This may occur due to:

  • inventory availability

  • address verification concerns

  • fraud prevention

  • carrier limitations

  • operational or logistical considerations


5. ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

Tracking accuracy is dependent on carrier systems and is not guaranteed.


6. ADDRESS ACCURACY

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

We are not liable for delays, losses, or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to address errors, you may be responsible for additional shipping or reshipment fees.


7. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package is marked delivered but you believe it is lost or damaged, you must contact customer support within seven (7) days of the documented delivery date and provide reasonable supporting documentation.

We may assist with claims at our discretion; however, final determinations are subject to carrier policies and our internal procedures.

Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.


8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or import restrictions.

You are solely responsible for all customs charges, taxes, and compliance with local laws.

We are not responsible for customs delays, seizures, or refusals.


9. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

We may update this Shipping Policy at any time. Updates are effective upon posting.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
