PURCHASE OPTIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY
This Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, automatic renewals, cancellations, and billing operate for the BrightPup brand.
BrightPup is a trade name operated by AR7 LLC, a Maryland limited liability company (“AR7 LLC,” “BrightPup,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). All purchases, subscriptions, and billing transactions are contracts with AR7 LLC.
BrightPup products are offered exclusively through subscription-based programs. One-time purchases are not available.
This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
By enrolling in any subscription or auto-delivery program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.
1. SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAMS
We offer the following subscription programs:

BrightPup Club Subscription (current program)
-
Legacy Automatic Refill Subscription (existing subscribers only)
Each program has different billing and cancellation procedures. They are not interchangeable.
2. BRIGHTPUP CLUB SUBSCRIPTION (CURRENT PROGRAM)
2.1 How It Works

Automatically renews every 30 days
-
Products ship automatically each billing cycle
-
Minimum commitment: one (1) billing cycle
2.2 Billing Authorization
By enrolling, you expressly authorize AR7 LLC to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription price until cancellation.
Charges are processed prior to shipment preparation.
Failure to cancel before a billing event constitutes authorization for that charge and shipment.
2.3 Cancellation Methods
You may cancel at any time:

through your online account dashboard, or
-
by contacting customer support
Cancellation must be completed before the next billing date to avoid charges.
If billing or shipment processing has already begun, that shipment cannot be canceled and cancellation will apply to future cycles only.
2.4 Shipment Reminders
We may send billing or shipment reminders as a courtesy.
Failure to receive or act on reminders does not relieve responsibility for charges.
3. LEGACY AUTOMATIC REFILL SUBSCRIPTION (EXISTING CUSTOMERS ONLY)
3.1 Program Status
This program is discontinued and applies only to customers who enrolled before the BrightPup Club rollout.
3.2 How It Works

3.3 Cancellation Method
Legacy subscriptions cannot be canceled online.
To cancel, you must contact customer support before the next billing date.
Requests received after billing or shipment processing begins apply to future cycles only.
4. CANCELLATION DEADLINES (ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS)
To avoid charges:

Cancellation must occur before the billing event

Billing occurs before shipment preparation

Once shipment processing begins, the order cannot be canceled
Failure to cancel on time constitutes acceptance of the charge and shipment.
5. REFUNDS
Refund eligibility is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
Approved refunds may be partial and subject to fees, in AR7 LLC’s sole discretion.
6. FAILED PAYMENTS & ACCOUNT ACTIONS
If a payment fails, we may:

retry charges
-
delay or cancel shipments
-
suspend or terminate subscriptions
Excessive failed payments or disputes may result in account suspension.
7. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
You agree to contact customer support before initiating any chargeback.
Improper or abusive chargebacks may:

disqualify eligibility for refunds
-
result in account suspension or termination
-
be treated as a breach of our Terms of Service
8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for:
-
managing your subscription
-
canceling on time
-
maintaining accurate billing information
We are not responsible for missed cancellations due to inaction.
9. POLICY MODIFICATIONS
We may update this Policy at any time. Updates are effective upon posting or notice.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
